🚫 No Return Policy
We do not accept returns once the product is sold.

✅ Refund for Damaged Items
Refunds are offered only if the product is damaged during delivery.

To be eligible for a refund, you must share a proper opening/unboxing video clearly showing the damage, starting from the unopened package.

📸 Opening Video Guidelines
The video must start from opening the sealed courier package.

The video should clearly show the product and the issue/damage without cuts or edits.

Videos/photos must be sent to us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or Email.

💵 Refund Process
Once we verify the opening video and approve your request, the refund will be processed.

Refunds will be issued via UPI or Bank Transfer.

It may take 7–8 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.
